***PLEASE NOTE: a $12.00 issuance fee is added to all amounts per Chapter 18, Article II, Section 18-55 of the City of Elba, Code of Ordinances.

Additionally, in September of 2015 the City of Elba voted to allow the sale of draft or keg beer or malt beverages in the corporate limits of the City.  To review this ordinance, please click HERE.

Yard Sale or Advertising Permits

The City of Elba does require a Yard Sale or Advertising Permit in the corporate limits of the City.  There is no cost for this permit.
